Politics: Detroit teen pulls a gun on Google Street View

I love Detroit.  Let me make that clear.  I was born in the city, and I've lived most of my life in and around it.  That said, it's a city that has been utterly decimated by left wing division politics, class warfare, union control, and crooked, big-government, Democrat leadership.  

Outside the city, things move along quite nicely. The central downtown area is pretty nice too.  However, the neighborhoods have the look and feel of a post-apocalyptic no-man's-land.

How bad is it?  Well, so bad that even the Google Street View vans aren't safe.  The following photos of a Detroit teenager weilding what looks to be a shotgun were found on Google maps, and are making the rounds in the media.

The policies that created our mess are the same ones Democrats would love to implement nation-wide.  The end result will be the same nationally as it is locally - poverty, decay, and lawlessness.  

The simple act of driving a van through the liberal mecca of Detroit now means taking your life into your own hands.
